1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? Both, depends on my mood
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Oh he definitely wraps them!!
3. Colored lights or white? Mainly white, but we add in some red
4. Do you hang mistletoe? No
5. When do you put your decorations up? Ideally after Thanksgiving, but definitely before Christmas (ha, ha). This year it was on Dec. 7th
6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? Ham
7. Favorite holiday memory as a child: Sledding with my family
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I was five and I walked in on my parents putting together our toys on Christmas Eve.
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? Not any more. We used to but Santa doesn't bring any until after we go to bed now!
10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree? In red and silver
11. Snow! Love it or dread it? Love it when it's here and when it goes
12. Can you ice skate? Enough not to hurt myself
13. Whats the most important thing about the holidays for you? Making it special for my family
14. What is your favorite holiday dessert? Pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing
15. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Reading the story of Jesus's birth and singing him happy birthday before going downstairs to see what Santa has left under the tree
16. Which do you prefer, giving or receiving? Giving, I love to see the look on my boys faces on Christmas morning
17. What is your favorite Christmas song? Let It Snow!
18. Candy Cane! Yuck or yum? Yuck!
